Kristine was phenomenal to work with, yet again. Four years ago she was my agent when I purchased this house, and there was no question I would use her when it came time to sell. There were so many curveballs thrown at us and she handled each and every one, many times fixing the problems herself before I even knew there was an issue. I can very definitively state that the closing would NOT have happened on time if it wasn't for her working her magic. She gave great advice the entire time, and was my cheerleader when things felt very frustrating. I would 100% recommend her to anyone, whether you are the buyer or the seller!

This was an especially stressful process as a first time homebuyer, Kristine Wendig was the best part of the process. She literally helped me though every little detail of the process and was a constant advocate for me. I would 100% recommend any one call her and her agency if you are buying a house in this area.
