Steve Wendig (wife Kristine) has gone way beyond the call of duty in not only finding and selling me a home, but also arranging a painter, a floor installer, a landscaper and a fencing company to make the changes I wanted to be happy in this home. Steve has treated this home as if it were his own. He offered to clean out the gutters and power wash the sofits, which he completed on a Saturday afternoon.
Given that I am in Ohio and was looking for a Gainesville, Florida home without the possibility of coming to Florida to see the home in person, Steve took the time to FaceTime several homes with me, answering detailed questions and in some cases, returning to the home a second time. Steve has a very pleasant personality, and is very responsive and flexible. It has been a pleasure working with him.
